Unreconstituted (lyophilized) peptides should be stored at -20°C or lower. In this form, most peptides remain stable for months to years.

Reconstitution Guidelines

1. Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening
2. Use bacteriostatic water or sterile saline as the solvent
3. Direct the solvent down the side of the vial — do not inject directly onto the peptide cake
